Parking Issues

Dear Residents,

We are writing to raise serious concerns regarding the increasing number of reports around vehicles being parked dangerously outside Prince Rock Primary School, particularly on pavements and in the areas attended for pedestrian use. 

Parking on pavements create a significant safety risk to all members of the public. It forces pedestrians including children into the road, increasing the risk of accidents and injury.

We ask that all drivers park considerately when dropping off or collecting children. Please ensure that pavements, entrances, and crossings are kept clear at all times. 

Please be advised that if this behaviour continues, vehicle registrations will be recorded, and parking tickets and penalty notices will be issued to the relevant individuals.

Regular patrols will be conducted around drop off and collection time to ensure that this behaviour does NOT continue. 

As police it’s our priority to keep these children safe, and we ask that as parents/guardians you work with us to achieve this.
